The Scientific Power of Meditation
What do you think of the video? Do
you meditate? Why? Do you feel it works? Why?
First
of all, I found the video very interesting, fun and educational, I definitely
loved it a lot. It was also very informative and thanks to the drawings they were
much easier to understand and the truth is that I did not know that meditation
had so many benefits for our health, it was a surprise. Sometimes one can be
skeptical about certain subjects, but the video showed that even on a
biological level our body has a beneficial process.
Personally,
I don't currently meditate, but in 2018 at university, chose a yoga course
and, although it is not the same I suppose they are a bit similar.
I
would like to try to do it one day, especially now that know the benefits to
health. But although I am at home, time is not enough. Also, maybe I don't
meditate, but I try to do a little exercise, I need to move and feel good about
myself.
How are you feeling these days?
Why?
Well,
as all have not been such good days. The context in which we are currently
living is very complex, for various reasons for each person.
Personally
to nivel emotional my days they are like a seesaw, up and down. I'm in a bad
mood, I don't want to talk to anyone, I sleep very little, and more than anything stressed for cause the
university, my organization is very bad, I find it hard to concentrate. I am
the chaos in person, and that makes everything worse jajaja
But
others times i thinks and forgive myself some things, after all, we are doing
our best, to get out of this. u.u
How do I feel when the English
class starts?
The
truth is that I neglected the course a lot because I gave priority to others. I
regret because now that I am doing the activities I realized that I would
really have enjoyed them at that time, they are quite fun and didactic.
The
tasks also touch on very interesting topics, and being able to give our
opinion, one can distracted and transforms it into a pleasant moment.
